We receive many inquiries and we do our best to answer all of them. Here are some of the Frequently Asked Questions we receive. We hope some of these can answer any enquiries you may have.
What type of ID’s do you accept?
We accept all government issued IDs: Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID, Citizenship card. We also accept Health Cards, but they must be accompanied by a secondary piece of identification (BYID card, student card, birth certificate.) Please note ALL ID’s must be valid (not expired or damaged) Temporary Driver’s license must be presented along with the written note from MTO.
What is your dress code?
“Dress to impress” we always say. No cut-off jeans or anything too explicit. Just make sure you look good and look ready for a great party!
Is there a cover charge?
There’s always a cover charge for live bands and other special events. On non-event nights, there’s no cover before 10:00 p.m., so make sure you arrive early or get on our guest list before it fills up!

I lost an item at Elements! Who do I contact about it?
If we have your info, we’ll have our people contact your people. Otherwise, check out the Contact Page and choose the most convenient way of getting in touch with us regarding your lost item.
Do you do club courtesy?
Of course! Us in “the industry” have to stick together! Just make sure you stick together to your most recent pay stub and show it at the front along with proper photo ID.
