Most country bars are ran by people who have no understanding of Agriculture or small town culture.  All staff employed must be from Rural Ontario and must be down home friendly, a wee bit crazy and a whole lotta fun!  What makes our country bar successful is that we acutely understand what our target demographic need/want because we ourselves are from small towns all across Ontario.
